Adults, Children and Adolescents Psychotherapist

My name is Celine Champion, a psychotherapist, I work with adults, families, young children and adolescents. Alongside my private client practice at No4, I hold the role of psychologist within the pastoral care team at a bi-lingual primary and secondary school in London.

My training is integrative, which means I apply different approaches to adapt to a client's specific needs. I focus on the growth and potential of the client and take an active part in the work we do - I see the therapeutic relationship as a co-creative process.

I believe that as social beings we are wired for connectivity. We have a fundamental need to be seen, felt, understood and supported and when we have a relationship that delivers on those needs it can be a powerful agent of change

I have a keen interest in the exploration of roots and identity. I see many clients from different cultures who have traveled and moved home for work or family. The remoteness from their origins can bring specific challenges related to the foundations they leave behind. Therapy is a space where we can learn to reconnect with part of ourselves..

I work with dreams, creative imagination, mindfulness and guided visualisations. I also work with sand trays using symbols which provide a direct path to the unconscious.

Psychotherapy is a place where we explore our life experiences as an opportunity for growth and re-awakening our true self.
